When you first burn your ECOYA candle, burn it until the wax pool reaches the edge of the glass. This will ensure your candle always burn flat.
Always trim your wick, every time you light your ECOYA candle. Discontinue burning when you have 1cm or less of wax in your ECOYA candle.
Always place your ECOYA candle on a heat resistant surface. Do not burn your candle for more than three hours at a time.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. All our parcels require a signature upon delivery so we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 14 days of receipt of goods. Scent Retail Ltd (T/A Scent Lounge) will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be complete, unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been opened or used.
To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return. Package the item securely and return it to us so that it is received by us within fourteen working days after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 7 working days from receipt of returned items.

I have nothing but praise for this brilliant company. Incredible customer service and problem sorting.
I had purchased a scented candle for my sister last year and she requested a similar one for her birthday this year.
As neither of us (its an age thing) could remember what it was called I contacted the Scent Lounge and they checked their
records and could tell me exactly what it was and it was winging its way to my sister once Id placed the order online.
Unfortunately due to a post code mistake and an unhelpful post office it looked like the candle may have been lost. Claire at
Scent Lounge took over this problem to try and sort out but in the meantime dispatched another candle, even including a
personal message from me and the new candle arrived. Beautifully packed and wrapped.
