This Respect Make-up Remover fluid oil is applied to the face with the eyes closed.
First, shake the bottle of your serum to effectively distribute all its natural plant-based active ingredients.
Then apply the instructions that suit you best:
Without rinsing, for maximum hydration after make-up removal: place your Respect Make-up Removal Oil on an ultra-soft support (wipe, cotton pad) and gently wipe over your face without excessive rubbing. Rinsing is not necessary if your cotton pad or wipe remains immaculate and shows a perfect cleansing. Your Make-up Remover Oil Respect then reinforces the hydration of the face.
With rinsing, for maximum gentleness during make-up removal: apply Respect Make-up Remover Oil directly to the skin of the area to be removed, then gently massage with your fingers to gather all make-up residue. Rinse off with clear water or with your 7 Days a Week face care soap to remove them permanently.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered working days. All our parcels require a signature upon delivery so we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchased product(s) you may return them within 14 days of receipt of goods. Scent Retail Ltd (T/A Scent Lounge) will refund or exchange to the cost of the goods purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to us. All returns must be complete, unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange for and pay return postage charges. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
You have the right, by law, to withdraw from your purchase within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the purchase of any items where the product has been opened or used.
To return an item, please contact us giving the reason for the return. Package the item securely and return it to us so that it is received by us within fourteen working days after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Any refund due will be credited via the original payment method no later than 7 working days from receipt of returned items.
